RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage daily operations in the delivery of excellent food and beverage service with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction
  • Provide consistent, excellent customer service to guests
  • Be equipped and well versed in knowledge of food ingredients, such as available cooking methods, meat parts and origins, etc
  • Recommend suitable wine or other beverages to guests to pair with their chosen courses of meal
  • consistently provide excellent customer service and maintain high productivity
  • Regularly work towards and execute knowledge-driven customer service
  • Establish relationships with all stakeholders to maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Ensure service standards, sequence of service and the operational duties are performed according to SOP standards
  • Control operating expenses with measures to reduce wastage
  • Assist purchasing and inventory management of operating equipment, upkeep a fully stocked restaurant
  • Ensure all activities within the restaurant are complying to hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulation


QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min diploma in related field or at least 2 years of proven relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Extensive food, beverage and restaurant operations knowledge in management and understanding customer service
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications usage
  • Possess strong professional customer service
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Able and willing to work shifts, on public holidays and weekends
